REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
In order to reserve your place in the class the registration form must be completed on the class page. At the bottom of each class page there is a form for you to complete and submit. You will receive a confirmation email within 72 hours with a registration payment form or link to PayPal. The registration payment form must be filled out and mailed with either a check, money order or cashier check.
Reservations for all classes begin as soon as the class is approved by RCTOA. Enrollment is accepted on a first come-first served basis.
There will be anon-refundable $25.00 fee for all cancellations.There will be no refunds for reservation cancellations made less than72 hoursprior to the class beginning date or for no-shows. Confirmation for your reservation will be sent via email if reservation and payment are completed. If payment is not received you will not be enrolled into the class.
On the first day of class, if students have not checked in by 10:30 am, and have not made prior arrangements, they will be dropped from the class without a refund.
The Instructor will not collect payment at the class, the student must complete the registration payment form that is emailed only from RCTO and mailed in to the address indicated on the registration payment form or use PayPal.
